The movie was all about a child who is in grade 4 who doesn’t even know how to read nor write. The main character was a boy name Ishaan (surname.) In the movie he was a child who always have the lowest grades in their class, while his younger brother always tops in his class. All he ever did was to paint, he doesn’t consider to do his assignments and always fail his subjects. In his father’s anger, he was sent to a boarding school. Ever since then he stop painting, and thinks that the world is his enemy. In the middle, his has another teacher, a substitute art teacher named … His new teacher, notice that he doesn’t like studying and find out why. He visited Ishaan’s house and got a fight with his father. He, even though almost all the teacher’s give up on Ishaan, he never did. He patiently teach Ishaan and Ishaan eventually learned. (Teacher’s name) gave him the love and trust Ishaan needed and also believe in him. In the end, his teacher propose an art contest to the principal for both teachers and students. Ishaan won the contest and after that he excel in his class. It was a great movie that have taught the watchers many important things like believing and trusting in others, and don’t give up if everybody does, it also tells the watchers that every child is really special
My favorite character was (Ishaan’s teacher) because even though almost everybody gave up on Ishaan, he still trust and believe that Ishaan can do it. I wanted to recommend this to parents, that they may learn not to give up on their children. This story was really wonderful because it teaches us many things.
This movie is really worth watching, it can turn those watchers into tears and also many child will be encourage, believing they are all unique in different ways and are special.
